In my mind, working in start-ups or scale-ups is more than just work, it’s a mission: People with the same vision, purpose and drive are coming together and that’s what’s making it special.

 

In my 10 years of HR experience, I’m combining the best of all worlds: enterprise, scale-up and start-up when it comes to structure and process building, while remaining agile and keeping the human at the centre of it all.

Along my whole career, I’ve been taking pride in working as a pro-bono career coach to help people finding their next dream job or facilitating career transitioning.
