I recently had the chance to speak on a podcast about HR digitalization – and one key message stood out: digitalization is not an end in itself.
Introducing new HR tools is not about buying technology. It’s about making processes easier for employees, reducing their workload, and helping organizations become future-proof.
To achieve this, a practical approach is essential:
HR digitalization with purpose: Digitalization is not an end in itself – it should simplify processes, reduce workload for employees, and strengthen the future-readiness of organizations.
People at the center: Implementing new HR tools is not just about technology, but about considering and involving the users.
Practical advice: Successful HR tool adoption works best when it’s tailored to real employee needs and applied in a hands-on way.
Holistic perspective: To create long-term value, digitalization should always be viewed from both a technical and a human perspective.
